If you have a clear problem you're solving, you usually have some use cases as well. Pick the one you care about most and center your MVP around that.

- She runs `vagrant up` to initialize the VM.
- She can connect to e.g. localhost:8000 and connect to the VM, which is now running a web server and listening at that address.
